Who are we?
The Bayanihan Student Organization is the Filipino cultural group at Marquette University. Since our founding in 1988, we have worked to PROMOTE, EDUCATE, and CELEBRATE Filipino culture within our group and the greater Milwaukee area. The BSO Fashion Show is our award-winning annual fundraiser that has raised over $50,000 for various nonprofits since its first show in 1997. Each year Fashion Show Coordinators decide on a theme and nonprofit to partner with. We communicate with sponsors, set up fundraisers, reserve practice rooms, and plan the fashion show event. To learn more about the 2025 Fashion Show Coordinators, click here.
