Rev Celia launched Rehoboth Foundation, a pioneering Equipping Organization specializing in Leadership and Vision Development Consultancy, Motivational and Mentoring programs, and Executive Coaching. Celia specialises in providing hands-on training aimed at fostering effective and prosperous leadership in both individuals and corporate entities.

Dr. David Schall
Dr. David Schaal is the President of Speak Good News and has over 35 years of experience as a pastor and missiologist. His doctoral studies at Fuller Theological Seminary led him to research the gaps between his two passions—the Christian Church and reaching the lost by noticing, showing and speaking the love of Jesus Christ through Spiritual conversations. He and his wife, Julie reside in Colorado Springs, CO.

Irene Kauma
Irene Kauma serves in Uganda within the Office of the First Lady, contributing to initiatives that support community development, youth empowerment, and national transformation. In this role, she is engaged in programs that intersect faith, leadership, and public service, helping to strengthen families and raise value-based leadership across the nation.

Alongside her government service, she remains active in Christian ministry, with a strong focus on discipleship, mentoring young leaders, and advancing the Gospel in Uganda and beyond.

Jon Shabaglian
