Project AGAPAY of Balayan Senior High School Guidance and Counseling Office continue to help learners in need of special consideration to sustain their education. School Principal, teachers and Guidance Counselor doing home visitation beyond working hours and weekends is such a proof that Balayan Senior High School is not just providing a quality education and culture of excellence but it follows the Deped's mandate of "No child should be left behind ".

Balayan Senior High School learners, students, teachers and staffs continue doing good deeds through small acts of returning lost and found items inside and outside school premises. Found items are being returned and reported in Guidance and Counseling Office and can be claimed by the rightful owners.
