I am a finance scholar studying how information, incentives, institutions, and regulation shape financial decisions and market outcomes. My research spans corporate and household finance, prediction markets and market design, fintech, and the political economy of finance. A common theme across this work is how frictions in information, participation, and regulation affect financing, prices, and welfare.
