A deposit is required to secure your booking.

Arrival Time
Please aim to arrive no sooner than 5 minutes before your appointment start time to ensure a calm, uninterrupted environment for all clients.

Any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will be payable in full.

For all new clients, a Health Questionnaire MUST be completed before your first appointment.

You will receive the form automatically when booking, and it must be completed before your session begins.
Clients are encouraged to download and review the Before & After Care information before their chosen treatment to ensure the best experience.
