SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Please read the submission rules before submitting an abstract!

• Submit only original work – previously presented abstracts will not be accepted.

• The presenting author must be the first author and ensure all co-authors approve the submission.

• Only one abstract may be submitted per registered participant.

• The submitting author will receive all correspondence (preferably the same as the presenting author).

• Abstracts must be written in clear, high-quality English suitable for publication.

• Authors may indicate a preference for poster or oral presentation; the final decision is made by the Organizing Committee.

• All abstracts will be reviewed by the Committee; low-quality or off-topic submissions may be rejected.

• Abstracts not meeting formal requirements will not be considered.

• No changes are allowed after the submission deadline or after acceptance.

• The presenting author must be a registered participant.

• Notification of acceptance and presentation format will be sent to the submitting author.

• All accepted abstracts will be published in the conference abstract book.
