About
Dr. B.S. Chhikara completed his doctoral research from Institute of Nuclear Medicine and Allied Sciences (INMAS), DRDO, New Delhi and awarded Ph.D. degree from University of Delhi (ACBR). He then moved to Bundelkhand University, Jhansi as Lecturer (Organic Chemistry) in Institute of Biomedical Sciences. He was awarded the Postdoctoral fellowship (NanoScience) from Department of Science and Technology (DST), New Delhi and moved to Bangalore to work with Prof. Santanu Bhattacharya at Organic Chemistry Department, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India. He then got the PDF from USA and worked with Prof. Keykavous Parang at Department of Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Rhode Island, Kingston, RI. USA. After returning to India in 2012 and a brief teaching assignment at DCRUST, Murthal, Sonepat, he joined Aditi Mahavidyalaya, University of Delhi, as an Assistant Professor in 2014, where he currently serves.
