1. Booking:
Fill out the rental request form and pay the $25 reservation fee.
If your requested dates are unavailable due to our schedule, your reservation will be refunded in full.
If you cancel for any reason not related to availability, the reservation fee is non-refundable.
2. Review: We’ll contact you with approval or denial.
3. Invoice: If approved, an invoice will be emailed.
4. Contracts & Forms: Once paid, you’ll get your contracts + links to check-out & check-in forms.
5. Deposit Hold: $200 hold placed at pickup → released after check-in is complete.
