Five years ago, I wrote a script for a sequel to Solo: A Star Wars Story. I had just finished a school year and was home alone for a weekend. I watched Solo, making notes and outlining a sequel. Then I started writing it. I wound up writing a 100-page script in just under 48 hours. I reread it for the first time in years recently. It's very rough. Not only was it cranked out very quickly, but I was not the most skilled writer. (I'm still not, but I like to think I'm a little better than I was five years ago.) In retrospect, is it a story that I would pitch to Lucasfilm? No. But despite the not-so-stellar quality of the script, I am still proud of it. I haven't been able to write so much in such a short time period since. So, on this anniversary of Solo releasing in theaters, I thought I'd share it. Enjoy. (As much as you can, anyway.)
