Welcome to BS Management (“App”), a property reporting application developed and operated by UsmanDev (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not use the App.
The App is a view-only application. All data is managed through a separate administrative dashboard. Users can only view data associated with their assigned account.
We collect and process only the minimum information required to provide access to the App:
Account Credentials: Login credentials (email and password) provided to you by the App administrator. Users cannot self-register.
Property Data (View Access Only): Property-related data available for viewing only, including bookings, calendars, income, expenses, and reports associated with your assigned properties.
Device Information (Limited): Basic device identifiers (such as device token) required to enable push notifications.
We use the information solely to:
Authenticate users and control access to the App
Display authorized property-related data
Maintain and operate the App
Ensure platform security and system integrity
Provide essential service-related communication
Send push notifications related to property updates, alerts
All data is stored and managed on secure cloud infrastructure with appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest.
Although we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App uses Firebase (Google LLC) to deliver push notifications.
Firebase may collect limited technical information such as device identifiers to enable message delivery. This data is handled in accordance with Google’s privacy policies.
The App does not use advertising networks or sell user data to third parties.
We only disclose information when legally required or necessary to:
Comply with laws, regulations, or legal processes
Protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, users, or the public
Prevent fraud, abuse, or security risks
The App may request permission for:
Push Notifications – to send important updates and alerts
The App does not request access to any other sensitive permissions, including:
Camera
Microphone
Photos / Gallery
Location (GPS)
Contacts
Calendar
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If such data is identified, it will be deleted immediately. Contact us if you believe this has occurred.

Requests should be made through the App administrator or via the contact details below.
User data is retained only for as long as accounts remain active. When access is revoked by the administrator, associated data will be deleted or anonymized unless legally required to retain it.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be reflected by changing the Effective Date above. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
