Bryan Todd, CPA has deep roots in Murfreesboro where he grew up attending grade school, high school, and college. He graduated with a B.B.A. in Accounting from Middle TN State University in 2003. He is also a 7th degree black belt in Taekwondo, which he started practicing in 1988.

Bryan began his accounting career before graduating when he started preparing individual tax returns. Since that time, his experience has grown to include not only individual returns, but also corporate, partnership, not-for profit, and trust returns at the federal and state level. Additionally, Bryan represents clients with many IRS issues. He offers his clients his expertise to plan and strategize with their businesses to achieve the best tax results.

He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Tennessee and a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. For 15 years, Bryan worked with other area CPA firms before starting Bryan Todd & Associates in 2018.

Roxayn is a Tennessee transplant from Maryland. She was raised in Bowie until she graduated high school. She attended David Lipscomb College and graduated with a BA in accounting. She started working in accounting during her summer breaks from college around the Washington DC area. She spent one summer at an Army Base and two summers in a research lab. 

After graduation, Roxayn worked in Accounts Recieivable and Accounts Payable and then moved to account reconciliation, She also worked in all areas of accounting at a construction company in Nashville. After a break raising her children, she resumed her accounting career in Accounts Receivable and now works with Byran doing account reconciliation and payroll. 

In her spare time, she enjoys reading and scrapbooking her family travels.

 Hallie Stark was raised in Murfreesboro where she attended elementary, middle, and high school. In May of 2023, she graduated with a B.B.A in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University. Hallie began her time with Bryan Todd and Associates in January of 2023. She assists us in tax return preparation, data entry, and bookkeeping.

Hallie is happily married to her high school sweetheart, Christian. In her spare time, she enjoys working in floral design and spending time with her family.
