Bryan's Daily Treat open there doors in Moulton in September of 2019, the brainchild of Ignacio Morales and his family.
"We wanted to keep Moulton a happy place," Morales said. "We didn't have many restaurants (in the area) and we
wanted one that had flexibility for our customers. The restaurant may be a new one for Moulton, but Morales is no
stranger to running a kitchen. He has built his passion for fine fare by cooking in several restaurants over the past 16
years, however his passion for his family is the real cornerstone of the restaurant. Bryan's Daily Treat is named
after Morales's son, Bryan, who is autistic. "He barely eats because he is so particular about what he eats,"
Morales said. ""Since I was young. I've always loved to eat. My son's autism inspired me to experiment
with flavors and try to cook some- thing he would eat." Everything about Bryan's Daily
Treat is a family affair. You'll find Morales' wife, Cecilia, and their children, John and Tais, pitching in
at the establishment regularly. His mother, brother, aunt, and nephew are also a part of the team.
We all have restaurant experience,' Morales said. "We felt it was a good fit to work together and
give Moulton another good place to eat?"
