Volunteers: Any individual who assists the district on an uncompensated basis and may be periodically unsupervised while with students. These individuals may volunteer to regularly assist in the school office or library, mentor or tutor students, assist with student activities before or after school, and chaperone students on day field trips or overnight field trips.
Visitors: Individuals that do not provide a service to the school or students. These individuals may be on school grounds to interact with their child(ren) or attend activities such as classroom parties, lunch with students, and assemblies.

Students receive "AAA" coupons from their teachers for exemplifying good character that they can redeem for rewards. One reward they can redeem coupons for is getting popcorn at lunch time.
We will need a few parents to help during lunch. There are two shifts.
First shift for first 3 lunches. 6th grade lunches 3A, 3B and 7th grade lunch 4A= 10:15 – 11:40
Second shift for last 3 lunches. 7th grade lunch 4B, 8th grade lunches 4C and 5A = 11:40 – 1:00
This is an opportunity to see your student at lunch!
When you get to school, please remember to check in at the office! And don't forget, When you volunteer with the PTO, your hours add up and your student gets rewards!
Tentative Popcorn days this year:
Sept 26th, Oct 17th, Nov 21st, Dec 19th, Jan 16th, Feb 20th, Mar 20th, Apr 17th, May15th
In order to try to let more individuals have the chance to volunteer, we will be only releasing the first half of the year and will release the 2nd half after winter break.

Coffee Cart is BACK! Coffee Cart is a way for us to show our Teachers and Staff how much we appreciate all that they do for our kids. We take carts loaded with Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate and "TREATS" down each of the hallways (including upstairs).
This is also a way to see your student's teachers, personally thank them and wish them a great day. You will be amazed by how thankful the teachers are for this simple act of kindness.
Tentative Coffee Cart Dates: Sept 6th, Oct 4th, Nov 1st, Dec 6th, Jan 10th, Feb 7th, Mar 7th, Apr 4th, May 2nd
