Skills
Technical
Programming languages - MATLAB (10+ years experience), SQL (>3 year experience), C# (>3 years experience) ASP.NET (>3 year experience), javascript (>3 years experience), Java (3 years experience), LaTeX (independent user) , Python (beginner)
Application software - BrainVoyager, TurboBrainVoyager, MATLAB, Omnigrafle, Visual Studio
Standard/ Terminologies - DICOM, HL7, CDA, SNOMED
Operating systems - WINDOWS, MAC OSX, ANDROID, UNIX (independent)
Social
Project Management - Throughout my PhD and post doc research periods, I was responsible for maintaining and prioritising different tasks of the projects, set objectives and meet targets. In this period, it was also necessary to keep up to date with the state-of-the-art.
Team working and communication skills - The involvement in european projects, such as EPILEPSIAE and BRAINTRAIN allowed me to confidently communicate with people at all levels, from senior scientists, to elements of technical staff. In these projects, I was part of multidisciplinary teams and able to potentiate my colleagues expertise as well as offer my own skills to achieve the projects’ goals.
