Benefits of Virtual Psychotherapy

Easy and Accessible

Comfortable and Private

Always Connected

Welcome to your space for personal growth and emotional well-being.

I graduated from Carlos Albizu University with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Medical University of South Carolina, 2023), Forensic Psychology (APPR, 2020), and Child Forensic Interviewing (APSAC, 2021). Throughout my career, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults, addressing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.

I have received training to treat a variety of psychological issues, focusing on key areas such as emotional regulation, stress management, anxiety and depression disorders, interpersonal relationships, holistic well-being, self-esteem, and trauma. Through individual therapy in a virtual format, I work with adolescents and adults seeking to overcome these difficulties.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, meaning I view each individual holistically, within their family and social context. Evidence-based approaches are also used to complement treatment, such as:

CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)

TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)

ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)

EET (Emotional Efficacy Therapy)

Services are provided in both Spanish and English. The initial session tends to be more extensive, lasting 1.5 hours. Follow-up sessions last 45 to 50 minutes, in a HIPAA compliant portal.

Health insurance plans are currently not being accepted.
