Weekly use of social media to inform students, parents, faculty, staff and the public of upcoming PTSA sponsored events and school events
Share newsworthy items regarding the PTSA, school, significant student achievements, significant teacher/admin achievements, sports, and visual and performing arts accomplishments
Help the PTSA maintain transparency by keeping our page up-to-date on the school’s website
Treasurer
As needed Issue checks, Collect money, Deposit money collected for dues, etc. and prepare Sales Tax Refund Request by July 31 and January 31
Attend PTSA Meetings, Budget vs. Actual report for PTSA Meeting and Bank Reconciliation
Complete Ethics Report and Cash Handling Report
Complete the Annual Financial Reconciliation (AFR) report, Year-end Financial Statement, File 990-N (e-postcard) with IRS, Oversee Audit process with 3 non-check signers, Collect money at End-of-School Dance and for Grad Night
