IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ!!

For players: Before/after registering, please ensure to download & fill in the following waiver form and email the resulting document, with an image of your signature to brugamesreg@gmail.com before the player registration deadline (4th April 2019).

You will not be permitted to participate in BRUGAMES 2019 otherwise.

Only one handwritten signature is required from one individual of a pair/ team for all the members of the pair/team.

PAYMENT

  • After your registration has been confirmed, an email will be sent on the payment details
  • Deadline of payment : 8th of April

REFUNDS

  • A 50% refund will be given to those who resign before the 10th of April
  • A 20% refund will be given if it is within 10-16th of April
  • No refunds given on the 17th of April (game day)
