Wild Places

A story about Wild Places is not always about hunting and fishing. Sometimes it’s just a good reason to take a walk in the woods.

It may be a means to escape the hardening shells of concrete for the softness of the forest floor, the ever-changing sands of the shore, or just being in this world as it is.

It may serve to replace the false-truths of the shill and the harsh cries of the barker with the sounds of water over the face of the earth, or the wind in the trees pulling us from our roots and tossing us where it will.

Regardless, life will have its way with us in that moment of the unexpected.
