This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how MAXI Browser Application (referred to in this Privacy Policy as “we,” “us,” or “our”), as the developer of the mobile application (the “App”), collects information when you use the App. This Policy also explains how we use and disclose the information we collect from you, and your rights in relation to that information.
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Android advertising ID. The information that we request will be retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way. Photos/Media/Files, and other permissions may only be needed for downloading videos, images, or other media files, and playing local videos with the application.
Photos/Media/Files permission: To get the videos, images, or other media files to be downloaded and shared on your device as needed.
We assure our users that any user data obtained through these permissions will not be shared or distributed without the user's express consent, except as required by law. We take the privacy and security of our users' data very seriously and are committed to complying with all relevant data protection laws and regulations.
The app contains advertising delivered by advertising partners. Your personal information (mentioned in this document) will be collected and processed in accordance with the privacy policies of third parties. Please read carefully the details here.

1. Acceptance
Please read the policy carefully before you use or access our Services. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you agree with our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the following sections. Please note that if you disagree with anything in this Privacy Policy, you must not use the Service.

By continuing to use the Service after those changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised Policy. 3. Information We Collect
Cookies & Similar Tracking Technologies. We use “cookies” and similar tracking technologies to gather information about your use of the Service and to provide you with interest-based advertising. For example, we collect information about the way you interact with features on our application, how long you spend on certain pages, and whether you received an error message on our Service. Device Information. We collect information about the device you use to access or use our Service. For example, we may collect the following information from your device: the type of device you use (e.g., mobile, auto, etc.); your advertising Identifier (“IDFA” or “AdID”); network connection type (e.g., Bluetooth, WiFi, 3G, 4G, LTE, etc.); operating system and version (e.g., Android or Windows); and your mobile service carrier. Hardware information, such as screen size, OEM nname, and model.
Certain Permission This app requires Photos/Media/Files permission: To save the videos, images, or other media files to be downloaded and shared on your device as needed.
Software Information, such as browser version, system version and the list of applications on your device.
Settings And Usage Information, such as language preferences, time and time zone, errors and diagnostic reports, browsing history, and text that you type in the URL bar;
Location (if you grant permission).
You may choose to delete cookies or other tracking mechanisms on your browser anytime you want through "Settings". You also may change your browser settings to “incognito” at any time to enable a private browsing mode that limits the storage of your log data and browsing data.
Exception: the information NOT collected by us
Certain websites may require your information when you are browsing. For example, when you visit an online map or search engine, it may request access to your location information. When you are trying to upload an attachment to your mailbox, it may request access to the files on your device. You may receive pop-up messages on your device that indicate that the “Maxi Browser requests your permission,” but these messages are sent by the website you visited directly and that information is not received by us. It will be up to you to decide to give such permission to these websites. Yet please understand that if you deny such permissions, certain functions may be disabled. For example, if you do not allow access to your location information, the online map will not know where you are and the search engine will not be able to provide location-based search results; if you do not allow your files to be read, you may not upload attachments to your mailbox. You can always manage the permissions via your phone settings.

4. How We Use the Information We Collect
We use the personal information we gather through the Services for the purposes described below. If we use your personal information in any other way, we will disclose this to you. You can choose not to share your information with third parties for marketing purposes, or to allow us to use your personal information for any purpose that is incompatible with the purposes for which we originally collected it or subsequently obtained your consent. If you choose to limit the ways we can use your personal information, some or all of the Services may not be available to you.

We cannot perform our Services in accordance with our terms, agreements or policies without processing your personal information for such purposes.
To send you Service-related communications. We use your contact information to send you administrative or account-related information to you keep you updated about our Services, inform you of relevant security issues or updates, or provide other transaction-related information to you. Service-related communications are not promotional in nature. You cannot unsubscribe from such communications because you could miss important developments relating to your account or the Services that may affect how you can use our Services.
For security purposes. We will collect your installed application list and upload it to a third-party virus database (https://advincent.com/) for scanning, so as to discover possible security risks in time and better protect the security of your device and your privacy. We process your personal information to: improve and enforce our security measures; combat spam, malware, malicious activities or security risks; and to monitor and verify your identity so that unauthorized users do not access your account with us. We cannot ensure the security of our Services if we do not process your personal information for security purposes.
Designated Countries: For all purposes listed above, pursuant to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) or any equivalent legislation (collectively “Data Protection Laws”), we process the personal information of users located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), United Kingdom and Switzerland (collectively, the “Designated Countries”) based on our contract with you.
To maintain legal and regulatory compliance. We process your personal information to pay our taxes or fulfill our other business obligations, and/or to manage risk as required under applicable law. We cannot perform the Services in accordance with our legal and regulatory requirements without processing your personal information for such purposes.
Designated Countries: Pursuant to the Data Protection Laws, we process the personal information of users located in the Designated Countries to comply with our legal obligations.
To personalize your experience on the Services. We allow you to personalize your experience on our Services via social media plugins on our Services (e.g., Facebook, Google, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), by keeping track of your preferences (e.g., nickname or display name, time zone, language preference, etc.), and more. Without such processing, you may not be able to access or personalize part or all of our Services.
Designated Countries: Pursuant to the Data Protection Laws, we process the personal information of users located in the Designated Countries to satisfy our legitimate interests as described above.
To conduct research and development. We process information about the way you use and interact with our Services to: help us improve our Services; build new Services; and build customized features or Services. Such processing ensures your continued enjoyment of part or all of our Services.

We use the information we gather through the Service to help us better understand how our products, apps, and services are being used. We will only use your personal information as described in this Policy or as disclosed to you prior to such processing taking place.

If you choose to use the Service or provide your information to us, your information may be transferred to, processed and maintained on servers or databases located outside of the country or jurisdiction where you are located, including the United States. Such countries may have laws that are less protective than the country in which you reside. If you do not want your information transferred to or processed or maintained outside of the country or jurisdiction where you are located, you should not use the Site or Service.
Our Service may include links to third-party websites or social media services. We do not control how such third parties collect, use, share, or secure your personal information. 7. Do Not Track
A “Do Not Track” signal is a preference you may set on your browser, but we do not respond to Do Not Track signals.
8. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do necessary actions.
9. Retention
Personal data shall be processed and stored as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for.
Therefore:
Personal data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between us and the user shall be retained until such a contract has been fully performed.
Personal Data collected for the purposes of our legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes. Users may find specific information regarding the legitimate interests pursued by us within the relevant sections of this document or by contacting us.
We may be allowed to retain personal data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, we may be obligated to retain personal data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.
Once the retention period expires, personal data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification, and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after the expiration of the retention period
