1. Introduction
FlagAppCompany ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile and Android TV application Internet Browser - Android TV (the "App").
This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it. We designed the App so that most browsing-related data stays on your device. We do not operate user accounts and we do not sell personal information.
By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information stored locally on your device
The App may store the following information locally on your device to provide its features:
- Browsing history- Bookmarks- Downloads list and download-related metadata- Custom home page URL- App settings, including ad blocking, incognito mode, WebView display mode, pointer settings, and language-related preferences- Parental control PIN and parental control settings- Temporary browsing session data such as cookies and cached website data while you browse
This information is stored on your device unless you delete it using the App's clear-data, history, bookmark, or download tools, or unless you uninstall the App.
2.2 Information you provide while browsing
When you use the App to browse the internet, you may enter or interact with:
- Search queries- Website addresses (URLs)- Text entered into web forms- Voice input for voice search, when you choose to use that feature
This information is used to perform the actions you request, such as loading web pages, searching, or completing voice search.
2.3 Permissions and related device access
The App may request the following permissions:
- Internet access: required to load websites and online content.- Microphone access: used only if you choose voice search or if a website requests voice input through supported browser features. Audio is processed to provide the requested feature and is not stored by us for marketing purposes.- Notifications: used to show download progress and download completion alerts on supported Android versions.- Storage access on older Android versions: used only where required by the system to save downloaded files through Android's download system.
You can deny or revoke permissions in your device settings. Some features may not work without the related permission.
2.4 Information we do not collect
We do not require registration, and the App does not collect from you:
- Name- Postal address- Payment information- Government ID- Contacts- Photos or media library content- Precise location through a dedicated location permission
The App does not include third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or crash-reporting SDKs controlled by FlagAppCompany for user profiling.
3. How We Use Information
We use information only to:
- Provide web browsing, search, bookmarks, history, downloads, and related App features- Apply settings you choose, including ad blocking, incognito mode, parental controls, and custom home page behavior- Show download notifications when files are downloaded- Improve stability and security of App functions on your device
We do not use your information for targeted advertising by FlagAppCompany.
4. Third-Party Services and Websites
The App is a browser. When you visit third-party websites or use third-party search engines, AI assistants, or online services, those third parties may collect information under their own privacy policies and terms.
Examples may include, depending on your use:
- Search engines such as Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, Yahoo, and others available in the App- Video, social, and content platforms you choose to open- AI services such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or Grok when you choose to use them through the App
We do not control how third-party websites or services collect, use, or share information. You should review the privacy policies of any service you use.
Voice recognition on some devices may be processed by the operating system or by the speech service available on your device. That processing is governed by the device manufacturer or service provider, not by FlagAppCompany.
5. Ad Blocking and Incognito Mode
If you enable ad blocking, the App attempts to filter known advertising and tracker requests during browsing. This filtering happens on your device as part of the browsing experience.
If you enable incognito mode, pages are not saved to history on your device for that session, and cookies are limited for that session. Your network provider, employer, or the websites you visit may still be able to see your activity.
6. Parental Controls
If you enable parental control, sensitive App sections may be protected by a PIN stored locally on your device. We do not receive or store your parental PIN on our servers.
7. Data Retention
Data stored locally remains on your device until you delete it through the App, clear app storage in system settings, or uninstall the App.
We do not retain personal browsing data on FlagAppCompany servers because we do not operate cloud storage for user browsing content in this App.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We may share information only in these limited situations:
- With your direction: when you choose to visit a website, perform a search, download a file, or use an online service- With service providers strictly necessary to operate the App on your device, such as Android system services for downloads, notifications, or speech input- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable government request- To protect the rights, safety, and security of users, FlagAppCompany, or others, where permitted by law
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Parental control features are intended to help guardians manage access to certain App functions on a shared device. They do not replace full device-level parental controls.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed by the App on your device. However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission is completely secure.
You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for any parental PIN you set in the App.
11. International Users
The App may be used in different countries. If you use the App outside your home country, you understand that information you enter into websites or online services may be processed in countries where those services operate.
12. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding personal information, such as the right to access, delete, or restrict certain processing.
You can take the following actions directly in the App or on your device:
- Clear browsing history, bookmarks, downloads list, and browsing data- Disable incognito mode or ad blocking- Turn off or revoke microphone and notification permissions- Delete the App to remove locally stored App data
