2. Data Collection & Usage We do not transmit any of your data to external servers. All operations are performed locally on your device.
Web History & Tabs: We access your browsing history and open tabs solely to provide the "Undo Closed Tab," "Recently Closed Tabs," and "Focus Mode" features. This data is processed temporarily within your browser's memory and is not stored permanently or shared with anyone.
Local Storage: We use Chrome's local storage (chrome.storage) to save your preferences (e.g., Focus Mode status).
3. Data Sharing We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to third parties. We do not use any analytics tools to track your browsing behavior.
4. Permissions To function correctly, Browseful requires the following permissions:
tabs & sessions: To detect closed tabs and restore them.
scripting & activeTab: To display the "Undo" button on your screen.
tabGroups: To organize tabs during "Focus Mode."
