My name is Jessica (but most call me Neva) & I am Licensed Cosmetologist. I specialize in Waxing & Threading hair removal services. I decided over 10 years ago to go to school to obtain a license in hair services. While in school, I hated having Up-Dos & highlights scheduled on my books. So many of the other ladies I was in school with shared an equal hate for pedicures & brow waxes. We would often trade off services with each other. Little did I know or realize at the time, all those brow waxes & pedicures I would trade for would end up being what I loved doing the most.

I was originally from Hawkins County but had lived in Johnson City, Tn since 2004. Many years later, I decided to bring some of what I do back to Hawkins County. That is when Brow Perfection was started! I am a single mom of 2 boys. Between being a mom & a business owner, I rarely have any time to myself. My shop environment is very relaxed. You enter a stranger but leave as much more! I can't wait to meet many more of you!
