The Emerging Program is for 1st - 8th grade. This program is designed for runners with a beginner to advanced level knowledge of Cross Country, possibly participated in the Middle School Cross Country season or elementary program and are looking to continue building their skills and have a more competitive experience. These runners will compete in local, state and national (optional) USATF meets.
The Elite Program is for High Schoolers, grades 9th-12th. This program is designed for runners with an advanced level of knowledge of Cross Country, have likely participated in their Middle School programs, and have participated in the High School Cross Country program. These runners should be looking to improve their skills, and have a drive to compete at a high level. These runners will compete in state and national USATF meets in addition to Elite level meets such as NXR Midwest, Footlocker Midwest Regionals and Running Lane Nationals.
Training Programs
Whether you are new to XC or a seasoned middle school runner, this is a great program to build up your endurance and mileage over the summer in preparation for the fall cross country season. This program is intended to introduce our younger runners to the sport of cross country and to provide our middle school runners additional training opportunities in conjunction with their middle school training.

If you are interested in extending your cross country season and competing in state, regional and nationals meets, this program is for you. Intended for ages 8 - 18, this program guides runners through the USATF XC series, Nike NXR, Footlocker MW and Running Lane meets. Increase your love for the sport in a competitive and fun environment competing as a team and individually!

Looking to bridge your cross country season and outdoor track season? Then this program is for you! Intended for elementary and middle school runners, this program begins the transition to some speed work to prep for the track season and also introduces younger runners to the concept of indoor meets. We participate in 1-3 Indiana Runner indoor meets during this program.
