yes! on the first question of order form, select 'Other...' and type what you would like, or scroll down on the same page and type anything you want in the special instructions box.

right now, we only offer two payment methods: cash on collection or bank transfer - we do not accept card.

you can either collect your order from my address (i will send to you the details after ordering), or from my school, if you go to or live near my school.
