just a quick question

i have the download version workspace .when looking through your cheat sheets across the top of the screen it shows file edit layer premium and help

on my screen i do not have the premium button

i purchased the image tracing and the 125 desighs as a package deal premium pack 1 and 2

on my screenit shows the image tracing is activated .

when i go to patterns it it states not activated.so i go to activate it and it states already activated but no patterns any where

where am i going wrong .been looking at this for 3 weeks now

any help would be great .

Hello, is there another program to design for scan n cut. I would like to design French love letters for a door, but the canvas workspace only allow to design for 12 X12. I have a 12 X 24 mat as well and would like to use it on the doors with the French love letters.

I tried the new Canvas workspace and have a lot to learn!!

I made a new project which I wanted to draw, but, it only gave me the option to cut? The picture was on the screen but disappeared when I pressed the draw button. I tried the cut button and it would have done that. As it was text it was not any use. Have you any ideas what I may have done wrong please?

I have the same problem. I create a simple outline using the online canvasworkspace, then import it to my machine (dx1200). It comes up normally on my machine, but as soon as I press the draw function, the simple outline disappears. It comes back when I change to cut function. This is only for imported files, if I choose a file to draw from the samples, it works fine

I have downloaded the canvas workspace 4 times bu still I do not have all of the features.the list of options across the top are not there. I have to right click on the gray box to get preferences, how do I get a screen that looks like yours? I am using google chrome.

When I click premium it starts the sticker wizard then I can see save as pdf but I want to be able to save or print pdf from the main canvas area which is where I designed my stickers.

Hi can you please tell me if you can save a file made on canvas download able workspace as a cut and draw file as i only seem to be able to download it as one or the other which is most annoying, i know you can if i use the web site version but cant alway get on that version

Can you please help me? I cannot even get past the first instruction to download and install the canvas works space. First instruction says to search for canvas iOS and that does not come up on the search therefore I cannot install it. Is something wrong with Canvas or something is wrong with The iPad?

You do not have to export your design in FCM format if your Scan N Cut has wireless capability. All SDX models have wireless capability. Older Scan N Cut models may require the purchase of a wireless card in order to send files wirelessly from Canvas workspace directly to the machine. To send wirelessly, go to the File menu at the upper left corner of your screen and select Transfer FCM via Internet. You will get a message indicating the the file is ready to use on your Registered Machine.

Open a new page in your CanvasWorkspace. Click on the Shapes tool in the left toolbar. The Shapes menu will open. Scroll down to the Ellipse section. Click on the ellipse icon to place the ellipse in your workspace.

Left click and drag the ellipse down toward the center of the workspace so you have room to work. Click on the Fill icon and add color to the ellipse. I like to add color to my shapes so they are easier to see.

Clear your workspace. Select the ellipse from the Shapes tab. Move the ellipse down toward the center of the workspace so you have room to work. Adjust the size and shape of your ellipse, if desired. Right click on and select Copy. We will use this copy later. Click on the Text icon and click in the workspace. Enter your test. I added color to mine so it is easier to see. ff782bc1db
