Why Brooshal?

In the Yasin Valley, talent is abundant, but the infrastructure to support young female athletes has historically been limited. Brooshal Sports Academy was established to change that narrative.

We believe that sports are a powerful catalyst for social development. We aim to equip young women with the skills to challenge negative stereotypes, discover their own potential, and redefine their roles in their communities by providing a professional, safe, and structured environment.

We utilize soccer as a foundation for broader success. Beyond the scoreline, we are building a legacy of female leadership by integrating technical training with life-skills mentorship. This approach ensures our athletes develop the self-assurance and collaborative spirit necessary to lead both on and off the field.

Our Mission

To combat gender inequality in Gilgit-Baltistan by providing young women with access to high-quality soccer training, summer camps, and life-skills mentorship. We are committed to ensuring our athletes have the resources, safe spaces, and support needed to lead and excel within their communities.
