Registration Information

To participate in the first day of practice/tryouts, the following three steps must be completed:

 1. Complete Online Registration

• This is a new system – all families must create a new account.

• You’ll need your student’s BVSD Student ID number. If needed, contact Jennifer Dunn at jennifer.s.dunn@bvsd.org starting July 21.

• Upload a current sports physical during registration.

 2. Submit a Sports Physical

• Physicals must be valid for 365 days and cannot expire before the start of the season.

• All physicals must be completed on the CHSAA-approved form:

 3. Pay the Participation Fee

 Pay via RevTrak

• Fee per sport: $225

• Family maximum per school year: $600
  (Summer Strength & Conditioning and camps do not count toward this max.)

Reminder- Completing all steps on time will ensure your player is eligible to participate on Day 1.
