Our neighborhood consists of 4 separate types of housing each with their own association. Each individual association has a board. One member of each individual board, usually the president is a member of the Master Association. The purpose of the Master Association is to maintain the clubhouse, recreation area, the big pond and the wetlands. The fifth member of the Master board comes from which ever association's member is elected president of the Master board.
