As soon as you get your soap, place it in the fridge to prevent this from happening. The soap will become melted around heat. If your soap arrives melted, contact us for a new one.

If your soap came broken, contact us for a refund or new soap. If it broke in your care, remember that soap is fragile and malleable, and handle it with care.

Immediately flush the area with cold water and discontinue use of soap. If rash continues, contact a professional to be treated. Refund will be given.

No! Please do not eat, lick, or bite the soap, no matter how tasty it may appear. 

Our soaps are simply made for scent and appearance. The base that we use is anti-bacterial to some extent, but should not be used to clean wounds or guarantee anti-bacterial results.

Actually, compared to most custom soap prices, ours is on the cheaper end. A bar of handmade soap will usually cost you anywhere between $5.00 to $7.00, while ours is only $2.00.
