The cost of delivery

Standard shipping inside USA $10.00 per shipment.

Sending heavy products inside USA starts at $20.00 each shipment.

Express Postage inside USA costs $13.70 per shipment.

Time of delivery

We utilize USA UPS, which provides next-business-day delivery throughout United States express post network (capital cities and major metro regions). Outside of the express post network, regional locations may take 2-5 days. 

If you have not received your item(s) within 5 business days of placing your purchase, please email us with your complete name and order number and we will investigate your delivery as soon as possible.  In most circumstances, this signifies that an attempted delivery happened and that your item is ready for pickup at your local post office.

Keeping track of your order

When your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor it through UPS Post.

If you are not at home when your package is delivered, it will be left in a secure location.

Returns

Please chose wisely.  We do not issue refunds if you just change your mind or make a mistake.  When things are broken or damaged and under warranty, you can pick between a repair, replacement, exchange, or credit note. There may be a penalty if the item is not covered under warranty.
