Brookline’s climate goal is to prioritize planning to achieve a 50% reduction of emissions from 2010 levels by 2030. I’m leading initiatives so buildings will be fossil fuel free by transitioning away from fossil fuels equitably.
Biographical data
Mother of three young adults who attended Brookline Public Schools; we've lived in Brookline since 2005. Architect. TMM pct 3 since 2010. Current: Brookline Arts Center and Zero Emissions Advisory Board member. Previous: Co-founder of Brookline Mothers Out Front, co-coordinator of Mothers Out Front statewide Campaign, Select Board Climate Action Committee member, Brookline Commission for Women’s 2021 Woman of the Year award co-recipient. Worked on TM warrant articles for Brookline Green Electricity program, co-petitioner for all warrant article related to building electrification and fossil fuel free for schools and all buildings. Longtime advocate to get methane gas leaks fixed which harm our health, trees, and the air we breathe which then in turn impact low-income minority populations disproportionately.
