I am happy to work with your group if you have suggestions in order to make it a successful venture. Please note: This is a generic outline, and is subject to change.
SPEAKER (Brooke Richardson):
- Provides course handouts
- Manages registrations and communication with attendees
- Expects a minimum number full-paying participants in order for the course to ensue. This number is determined based on a number of factors including distance traveled, etc.
- Offers free tuition for up to 2 participants, and the possibility of additional tuition discounts, for the hosting facility
Hosting FACILITY:
- Secures a conference room and AV equipment for the course (eg projector, screen, adapters, microphone).
- Provides light refreshments at sign-in
- Reimburses SPEAKER for reasonable travel expenses including airfare, lodging, transportation, meals, etc
