The Requirements
You must be a resident of the State of Minnesota
You must be at the least 21 years of age
You must be a resident of the United States
You must be legally able to purchase a firearm
You must be able to pass a background check
The Process
Pick a suppressor to buy
Fill out and complete the required paperwork
Attach fingerprints and two photographs of yourself to the forms
Pay the $200 Transfer Tax
Wait for your paperwork to clear
Fill out a ATF Form 4473
Take your suppressor home
