You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose. You must not:
Upload photos that do not depict food.
Upload content that is offensive, abusive, illegal, or violates any laws.
Use the App to engage in or promote any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or misuse the App or its services.
3. Accuracy and Disclaimer
The App uses automated image recognition technology to estimate the calorie content of food.
Results are approximate and may vary based on lighting, image quality, and other factors.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of the food recognition or calorie estimates.
We assume no responsibility or liability for any decisions made based on the information provided by the App.
4. No Data Retention
We do not retain or associate any uploaded images with user accounts or devices. Processing occurs anonymously in the cloud, and images are not stored after analysis.
5. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for any user who violates these Terms or misuses the App in any way.
6. Modifications
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
7. Subscription
The app offers auto-renewing subscriptions:

1 year - $49.99
Prices may vary depending on your country and taxes (e.g. VAT).
Subscription Terms:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to App Store > Account > Subscriptions.
Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
