Interac e-Transfer Registrations Open: Complete
Interac e-Transfer Registration Deadline: Complete
Please contact one of the executive if you have any questions.
Annual General Meeting: TBA
All membership fees for the 2026 season will only be accepted via e-Transfer. E-Transfer registration for existing members of the Men's Club is now open.
Fees for 2026 $200
The Men's Club is soft-capped at 200 members. There is typically a turnover of 20-30 members a year. We continue a waiting list so if you are intersted in joining our men's night group, please contact one of our executive.
All members from the previous year who are in good standing with the Men's Club are automatically eligible for the following year.
In order to maintain good standing with the Men's Club, members from the previous year must have participated in at least 5 Men's Night events the previous year.
If a member does not meet this requirement then they must apply to the Men's Club Executive for an exemption. Exemptions will be granted on a fairly liberal basis for injury, family, work or other extenuating circumstances.
Becoming a men's club member is first come-first serve but there may be priority given to
Broadmoor junior golf members who are aging out of the Broadmoor junior program,
former members of the men's club,
Residents of Strathcona County,
and replacements for existing members.
Until the registration of the previous year's members is complete, the number of available slots will not be known. If you are accepted you will be contacted about paying your fees for the coming year (see above for registration dates).
If you are a new member and have an existing Golf Canada account, please let us know so we can transfer it to our club. Please indicate if you wish to make Broadmoor your primary membership or secondary/tertiary membership as this affects which club is responsible for paying your Golf Canada registration fee.
New members will be contacted after the April 7, 2026 registration for existing members is complete. New members who are asked to join will then be able to register after April 15 (or via Interac e-Transfer).
All registration fees are non-refundable.
Green fees are not included in your registration fee and must be paid separately to the pro-shop. Note that while only the first 9-holes played scores count towards men's club Wednesday prizes, you are free to play 18-holes if you want.
Tournament entry fees are $30 for one-day tournaments. These are non-refundable, though the Men's Club Executive may credit players for future tournaments. However, this is at the discretion of the Men's Club Executive and depends on when the player withdrew, their reason for withdrawal, history of withdrawals, etc.
Registration fees include the following:
Golf Canada membership, which includes a Golf Canada handicap, club and window insurance.
Weekly entrance into the prize pool.
The rest is used for tournaments (i.e., prizes, meals, etc.), and meetings.
