Meet your Board!
We’re excited to introduce you to the dedicated members of the Broad Street PTO Board! Our PTO is made up of passionate parents, teachers, and staff who are committed to supporting our school, fostering community involvement, and enriching the educational experience for all students.
Each member brings unique skills and perspectives to the table, and together, we work to create opportunities for growth, connection, and fun within our school community. We invite you to learn more about the individuals behind the scenes and how they’re helping make Broad Street an even better place for our students and families.
Feel free to reach out to any of our board members with questions, ideas, or to get involved – we’re here to help!
Jessica Williams, President
My name is Jessica Williams, and I'm the proud mom of Genevieve (4th grade) and Cameron (1st). My family also includes my husband, Geoff, and our two older daughters, Emma and Molly. I joined the PTO in 2021 to meet other parents and get involved with our new school, and quickly found myself on the board. It brings me so much joy to see students, families, and staff enjoying the events and activities we plan together.
Outside of the PTO, I’m passionate about my work as a teacher in Lowell, planning family vacations and adventures, and spending quality time with loved ones. I also love listening to audiobooks and hope to start or join a book club one day!
Abby Vitrano, Vice President
Hi, I’m Abby Vitrano, mom to Jack in 6th grade and Lillian in 2nd. I've been a PTO board member for 4 years now, and I joined because I wanted to support and enhance the school experience for not just my children, but for all the students and staff at Broad Street. My favorite part of being on the PTO is organizing family nights—seeing students and families come together for games, painting, or fun experiments always makes for a great time!
When I’m not involved with PTO activities, you can find me at Jack’s soccer practices and games or watching Lillian dance. I also love going to the gym, hiking, and enjoying country music concerts with friends!
Sheila Ouellette, Treasurer
I'm Sheila Ouellette, mom of two Broad Street students and one former student now at UNH. With 25 years in banking, I currently work at a local credit union. I've been involved with the Broad St PTO for the past three years, and two years ago, I took on the role of Treasurer.
I love spending time with family and friends, working out, taking long walks, and baking. I joined the PTO to support our school and be actively involved in creating positive experiences for my children and all the students during their elementary school years.
Amanda Giglio, Co-Secretary
I'm Amanda Giglio, and I have a third grader and Kindergartener at Broad Street. I work full-time in HR in the Manchester Millyard, and of course, full-time as a mom and wife. I love being outdoors, exploring new places, and making memories with my family.
In my "spare" time, I enjoy tapping into my creative side through art and painting. I joined the PTO to help enhance my children's school experience and give back to our community.
Jessica Ingraham, Co-Secretary
My name is Jessica Ingraham, and I'm a proud mom of a 3nd grader and a preschooler. I've worked in the hotel industry since 2008 and currently serve as a Dual General Manager.
In my free time, I love exploring the outdoors in New England and enjoy crafting. For the past two years, I've also had the pleasure of being part of the school yearbook committee!
