• We do not collect, store, or process any personal data for our own use.

• To access the app, your organization’s administrator creates your account using your phone number.

• This phone number is used only to send a One-Time Password (OTP) for login verification.

• The phone number and login details remain within your organization’s system and are not accessible to us.

• Gallery and Camera: When new message added, we request you to upload attachment (PDF, Doc, TXT, CSV & JPG) from Gallery or capture image instantly by taking from camera. Also user can upload there profile images from gallery and camera.

2. No Third-Party Services

• BRMS eKARYAKARTA does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

• No information is shared with external parties.

3. Data Security

• The login process uses secure transmission to protect your phone number during authentication.

• Data related to your account is managed and stored only by your organization.

• We do not store your phone number or any login credentials in our servers.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To Provide Services: To operate and maintain our website and provide you with the information and services you request.

• To Improve Our Website: To analyze trends and user behavior, which helps us improve our content and user experience.

• To Communicate with You: To send you updates, notifications, newsletters, and respond to your inquiries.

• Notifications: We use both in-app notifications, and push notifications to send you updates, events, and respond to your grievance.

• Unless user provided information, we don't access or use any of the resources available on Mobile or Device such as Photos, Location or Personal Information.

• We never request location permissions from users for the sole purpose of advertising or analytics.

5. Children’s Privacy

• The application is intended for individuals of working age.

• However, it is safe for younger users when used under organizational supervision.

• We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are made, the updated policy will be communicated to your organization’s administrator, who will inform all users.
