Other Interests

I have several interests outside mathematics! To list a few, I enjoy biking, board games, and throwing/organizing darts.

Biking

Biking has become a huge passion of mine! Here are some pictures from some road and mountain rides. I've done a couple of road races and I've done lots of mountain biking all over Colorado, Utah, and Arizona. I'm starting to bike in Maryland, so if you have any recommendations, send them my way.

Board Games

Board games are a huge part of my life. Throughout graduate school, a group of us played board games every Wednesday and we currently have two Gloomhaven campaigns going with some of our friends. It serves as an excellent way to connect and bond over non-math related things. Some of my favorites include Dominion, Brass, and Rival Restaurants.

Darts

Darts are a huge part of my and my husband's lives. In Colorado, we threw at least once a week on Thursday nights and my husband and I have organized leagues, tournaments, and other dart events. It's a great way to meet new people from all walks of life.
