I understand that an incomplete signing or a signing full of errors can cost a mortgage officer a rate lock, a buyer to miss close of escrow, or just headaches for everyone involved.

Unlike other Notary’s, I do not just place the loan docs in front of the borrower and say “sign here, I’m just a notary”; As I believe education and guidance of each document is essential to explain. I actually walk borrowers through all of the important docs.

I understand that I have to be impartial, but not uneducated.

Delivery the best experience to the client is my goal.
