Thank you for your interest in my dogs. As a potential puppy buyer, I would appreciate your answering the following questions so that I can more easily test and help to select the right puppy for you. All information is confidential and will only be used for the purpose of puppy evaluation and placement. This questionnaire does not constitute a contract or agreement to buy or sell a puppy.
