We have a 24 hour cancellation policy - appointments cancelled in less than 24hrs will have a $50 fee

We know how busy life can be, so we make insurance and payments as effortless and as easy as possible.

Here’s how we do it:

• BPT contacts your insurance carrier for pre-authorization. (If you prefer, your physician’s office can do the same). Depending on your insurance coverage, your physician may need to submit for the initial authorization.

• BPT bills your carrier directly and updates the insurance company of your payments.

• BPT will collect self-pay or co-payment when you check in for therapy.

• BCBS of VT

• CBA Blue

• Medicare

• HealthSpring

• Medicaid

• MVP

• Cigna

• VA and Champ VA

• Worker’s Compensation

Self pay fee is $115 per visit.
