Hi! I’m Brianna Ramos, the baker behind Bri’s Sweet Petites, a home-based baking business located in Wylie, TX.

I’ve been baking for several years and am completely self-taught. After taking a break due to a celiac disease diagnosis, I returned to baking with even more care and intention. Because I personally live with celiac disease, I take gluten-free baking very seriously—from ingredient selection to preparation. My gluten-free treats are celiac-friendly and carefully handled, and yes… they still taste amazing!

I offer regular, gluten-free, and dairy-free baked goods. Many items can be made to fit your dietary needs—just let me know when ordering.

Booking

All orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance to allow time for planning, shopping, and preparation.

Pickup & Delivery

• Orders are picked up from my home in Wylie, TX

• Delivery is available upon request (delivery fee applies)
