Rewards

Although Brisbane Roleplay does not provide monetary compensation to our moderators, we offer rewards in the form of Robux payments. Our current rewards include:

• Staff Of The Week (SOTW):

  • Staff Of The Week is selected by the HR team (Supervisor+) who determine the best candidate for SOTW every Saturday. While SOTW may not always result in a promotion, recipients are awarded 100 Robux and a special role.

• Activity Leaders:

  • Activity Leaders are the top 3 staff members with the most hours on shift per fortnight (2 weeks).

    • First Place receives: "Hour Ruler" role, 75 Robux, and booster permissions for 2 weeks.

    • Second Place receives: "Hour Catcher" role, 50 Robux, and booster permissions for 2 weeks.

    • Third Place receives: "Hour Burner" role, 25 Robux, and booster permissions for 2 weeks.

If an hour leader already has booster permissions, they may choose to transfer those permissions to any other player (staff or non-staff) of their choosing!
