The concept of a North American Union being discredited as a conspiracy theory is bewildering and troubling. Logic would dictate that sharing open borders and an open economy with Mexico and Canada would be phenomenal for enterprise and social equality. I say take it a step further and unite the North and South American Continents as a mega economy! North and South America are completely accessible to each other by automobile! Where is the downside? I don't see it.   

In my (vision for a) North American Union the old ways of cronies and cronyism funneling our tax dollars into their private overseas interests will cease and desist. The military and Department of Defense will not be used as a private security force or economic stimulus package.  The President of the United States is technically a military rank and should not be held by private investors like Joe Biden and Donald Trump.  The United States Military belongs to the people and; therefore, so does the president.

Being bilingual is advantageous to any human being.  How is it currently our biggest debates about education involve teaching kids about their sexuality? This shouldn't even be a thing. Our children should be learning 2nd, 3rd, 4th and so on, languages before their frontal lobes develop. Children need to learn how to play and communicate. Language is communication. Knowing multiple ways to say something is vital to creative development. Much like the North American Union concept, there is no real downside to teaching our children multiple languages. National curriculum reform is high on the list for the prosperity of a North American Union.
