Brimstone, is an amazing professional wrestler.
Brimstone founded "Critical Mass Pro Wrestling Corp." in early 2000 in Hicksville, New York within a newly sprouted Martial Arts Academy. The idea to create a fully functional professional wrestling school had been an idea of his since his days at the LIWF. Seeing that there was a lot of talent needing to be primed on Long Island, with at the time - no real facility close by.
Brimstone, you are an amazing professional wrestler with lots of achievements, How will you describe a typical day as you?
I wake up and get out of bed just like anyone else... truthfully speaking. My days happen to go a bit longer than most other people as I'll be up early and stay awake until all hours of the night because I deal with people all over the globe. Being that I own multiple businesses, including managing my own brand - I am constantly moving and there are a large amount of moving parts that change daily. That being said, I love everything I do and wouldn't change it for anything!
You are a host for two popular iHeartRadio shows, The Grindhouse Radio & Within Brim's Skin... how does it feel being an host of two amazing podcasts?
I enjoy being able to do my own thing and be appreciated for it. Albeit Within Brim's Skin is a lot of fun - my true love is The Grindhouse Radio. To see where my partners and I have taken GHR in the past six years is undeniably impressive and I am blessed to have developed such a lasting and memorable series with my incredible co-hosts. Our goal is to have our audience feel as though they are sitting in the room with us enjoying their time listening as if they were at the table themselves!
You might most definitely have a day-to-day schedule. How will you describe it?
Honestly, as I mentioned earlier - it would be difficult to give you a day-to-day as it is all over the place depending on the where, what, when and ifs that are involved in my daily routine. I can tell you that it gets pretty hectic and those who have been around me know that I wear many hats, it can be tricky keeping them all organized! When I am not touring however, I tend to spend an extraordinary amount of time at the Grindhouse Radio studios as it is my base of operations.
If pro-wrestling didn't come forward, what would have been your second option?
I've been in the entertainment industry for forty years at this point and certainly didn't start with wrestling. I started my career as a child actor and then made my way to the world of music. I toured in music as a drummer for many years until I finally got frustrated being in a five way marriage and opted to try something different - Professional Wrestling. Wrestling truly helped me find my name and brand individually, as well as opened the doors to so many opportunities that I've had - so I owe it a lot. Regardless, I would have stayed in the realm of entertainment as that is where I personally belong, I've always known that.
Is there a particular person or persons who may have inspired or motivated to be a wrestler?
In my younger days, I admired guys like the Undertaker, Shawn Michaels and Ultimate Warrior (as well as many others); so when I pursued a career in the industry I had an idea of what direction I wanted to go with it. THey had the most impact on the design of Brimstone as a character.
What will you say to your amazing fans, who would love to be an amazing wrestler like you one-day?
First... I'd say that it is very flattering and appreciated that you think so highly of me. Next I'd say to work three times harder than the next person as there are only so many spots and they are quickly taken! Also, never take no for an answer and never allow haters to get in your head and dull your shine - they are just jealous of your success and dislike standing in your shade! Best of luck.
