All officially enrolled BEI degree-seeking students are eligible to receive an official BEI Student ID.
The Student ID confirms your student status and can be used for:
• Access to BEI academic services
• Participation in student activities & online communities
• Verification for scholarship, internship, or program applications
To apply for your Student ID, please follow the steps below:
How to Apply
Make sure you are officially enrolled in one of BEI’s programs.
Prepare the required documents:
A recent passport-size photo (clear, front-facing, plain background)
A copy of your Student Certification Letter
Click the application link below and fill out the form completely.
Submit and wait for confirmation from the BEI Student Affairs Office.
Once your application is approved, your digital student ID will be sent to you via email or Telegram (depending on your preference).
Processing Time: 5 to 7 working days after submission.
