Brilliant Educational Institute's (BEI) Bachelor of Arts in English is an undergraduate degree that will provide students with a four-year experience that develops them into proficient users of the English language, linguistically knowledgeable individuals, and professionally competent English language teachers. This four-year experience also develops students' skills for employment in the fields of education and other language-related professions, or as a stepping stone to postgraduate studies.
Students can complete this degree using a hybrid delivery model; utilizing Microsoft Teams for live interactive classes and Moodle Learning Management System (LMS) for guided independent study, collaborative learning, and developing their skills.

Credit Hour Calculation
3-Credit Course Structure (Total: 135 hours)
i. Zoom Live Classes: 45 hours
a. (15 weeks × 2 sessions × 1.5 hours)
ii. Moodle Activities: 25 hours
iii. Assignments/Projects: 25 hours
iv. Independent Study: 40 hours
Thus, a 3-credit course = 135 student learning hours, ensuring consistency with internationally recognized standards.
Admission Requirements
(a) The applicant must have successfully passed the Grade 12 examination (or BECA examination) with a minimum score of 65 marks in English.
(b) If the applicant passed the university entrance examination before 2021, they must have obtained a minimum of 55 marks in English and must not have continued university education thereafter.
(c) Applicants who attended university in their first or second year before 2021 and did not continue their university education thereafter may also apply.
(d) Students who have completed Grade 12 or high school from schools in ethnic regions may also apply.
(e) Holders of GED, IGCSE, O-Level, A-Level, and other internationally recognized high school completion diplomas may also apply.
Important Notes
i. Applicants mentioned in criteria (a) and (b) who do not meet the specified grade requirements may still apply by either:
Taking the entrance examination administered by BEI, OR
Completing the English Diploma course offered by BEI
ii. Applicants mentioned in criterion (d) must submit a recommendation letter from the schools they attended and must also take the entrance examination.
iii. Regardless of which program they have completed, all applicants must take and pass the English language examination conducted by BEI as part of the admission process.
iv. Applicants who possess evidence of IELTS, TOEFL, or CEFR A2 level proficiency, or official English language proficiency test certificates, will be exempted from the entrance examination requirement.
