Volume Lock & Brightness Lock is developed by SevenLab Apps as a utility app that helps users lock volume, lock screen brightness, use Kids Mode, protect settings with PIN, use a floating lock button, enable per-app auto lock, and use Timed Silent mode.

The app uses this permission to show notifications when volume lock, brightness lock, Kids Mode, floating lock, or Timed Silent mode is active.
The app uses foreground service permission to keep volume lock, brightness lock, Kids Mode, floating button, and Timed Silent features active while the app is running in the background.
The app uses this permission to show a floating lock button over other apps. This helps users quickly enable or manage lock features while using other apps.
The app may use Usage Access permission for per-app auto-lock and Kids Mode features. This helps the app detect selected user-launchable apps and apply lock features when needed.
Usage Access data is processed locally on your device. We do not collect, upload, or share your app usage data.
The app uses this permission for Timed Silent mode. This allows the app to temporarily silence your phone for a selected duration, such as 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 30 minutes, meetings, sleep, study, prayer time, or focus time.
When the selected time ends, the app can restore your sound mode according to the feature behavior.
The app may check apps that have a launcher icon so users can select apps for Kids Mode or per-app auto-lock. This is used only to show user-launchable apps inside the app.
We do not collect or share your installed apps list.
The app may provide a Quick Settings tile so users can quickly turn lock features on or off from the Android Quick Settings panel.
The app uses local settings only to:

Lock and restore selected brightness level
Enable Kids Mode
Enable per-app auto-lock
Enable Timed Silent mode
Show a floating lock button
Protect settings with PIN
Show active service notifications
