Our Enrollment form is below, we need it filled out in full, a shot record, and a tuition agreement in place prior to accepting your child for care. Please ensure we have all the necessary paperwork prior to your student's first day with us.
Enrollment Form - Sheet1.pdfAfter our first 100 registrants, we will have a one time $50 registration fee, each subsequent yearly registration will be $25 per year. Our first 50 registrants will also receive care for $125/week per 40 hours of care for the first 4 weeks.
Our staff will respond to all interest forms and will answer any and all questions as quickly as possible. We will not answer weekend requests for information until the soonest weekday after.
