We offer FREE installation within a 10km radius of Mutare! Outside this radius, free installation is still available, but customers may be responsible for transport expenses. For very large distances, we can courier an activated decoder for approximately $7 (delivery within 3 working days). In these cases, you'll need to arrange for a local installer.

Our Installation Process:

• Testing: Every decoder is tested to ensure it's working perfectly before installation or shipping.

• Convenience: Installations can be completed even without electricity, as we use battery-powered tools.

• Support: We provide ongoing support after installation to address any questions or concerns.

• Free AF-VIP Subscription: Every decoder installation includes a free 1-month AF-VIP subscription!

Important Information:

For optimal functionality, your decoder requires a small amount of internet data (approximately 200 MB per month). This data is not used for streaming. If you don't have Wi-Fi, we recommend a 4G/5G MiFi dongle (approximately $20). Using your smartphone as a hotspot is not recommended due to potential data usage by background apps.
